1. The service
Plantly is a mobile app that identifies plants and suggests care tips using AI. The information we provide is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified botanist, agronomist, or veterinarian.
2. Your account
You need a Google account to use Plantly. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans. Plantly Pro is offered as weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions. Prices are shown in the paywall before purchase.
- Billing. Purchases are processed through Google Play. Your Google Play account is charged at confirmation and on each renewal.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Google Play.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google Play under their policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
- use the app to identify plants for illegal harvesting or trade;
- upload content you do not have rights to;
- attempt to disrupt or overload our servers.
5. AI-generated content
Plant identifications and disease suggestions are generated by a third-party AI model. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical, veterinary, agricultural, or food-safety decisions. Always verify with a qualified expert before consuming or applying anything to a plant.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content (other than user-submitted photos) belong to us. Your photos remain yours; by uploading them you grant us a limited licence to process them in order to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that identifications will be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion by emailing meet2005pokar@gmail.com.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
